If the product within the warranty period used in a normal operating environment cannot be repaired due to poor performance or functionality
Irreparable
■ If the product does not meet the warranty requirements or meets any of the following conditions
■ The problem may occur again after repair
■ The product or component has been discontinued
■ The product cannot be used after disassembly

■ Please call 400-606-4800 to contact the customer service center
■ Before requesting repairs, please refer to the FAQ section for similar questions
■ Please backup any product settings as they may be reset during maintenance
Maintenance service time
■ Repair services usually take about 2 to 3 working days after receiving the product.
■ If additional components are required, the service time may take 10 working days.
■ If the product is severely damaged, it may not be repairable.
